Village in the Shade Helping Tickets: Tasks, Routes and Follow-Ups
Track all 12 named Helping tasks, their items, locations, reports and follow-up visits without confusing them with ordinary Requests.
How do you finish the named Helping tasks?
The Village in the Shade Helping Tickets checklist covers twelve named, one-time Helping tasks. The key to finishing them is to check the next objective after every handoff: several tasks continue with a report, a return visit, or an action at another location. This guide separates those tasks from ordinary repeatable Requests and groups the work so you can plan trips around what is currently available in your game.

Cover context: Official Japanese promotional screenshot of a conversation with Yuta, one of the villagers in the Helping checklist. General illustration of villager interaction; it does not show ticket consumption, a task reward, or an English quest menu.
The checklists come from an unofficial extraction of quest objectives from Steam build 25311578, checked October 28, 2026. They are not a playtest or confirmation of current English Patch 1.30 or console behavior. Item and place names translated from Japanese or Chinese are functional descriptions, not verified English UI text.
Helping Tickets versus ordinary Requests
The twelve named Helping records describe specific villagers’ one-time task sequences. Ordinary Requests are a separate activity: do not treat a repeatable delivery as another entry on this checklist. The extracted village-rules story objectives distinguish using all Helping Tickets from subsequently delivering requested items to the list at the village head’s residence and reporting to Rin (Lin in some transliterations). The records do not establish a measured physical ticket count or prove that each Helping event consumes exactly one ticket. See the village rules guide for the broader story context.
The official daily-life systems page confirms that gathering, fishing, hunting, crafting, farming, and helping villagers are part of the game’s routine. It does not supply unlock dates or rewards for the individual tasks below.
Practical rule: When you accept a named Helping task, follow its objectives until they stop advancing. A delivery may be only the middle step. If a task is not offered yet, continue with objectives your game currently shows rather than planning around an assumed calendar day.
Item-gathering checklist
These five tasks start with something you can look for or prepare before making the handoff. Their final visits matter just as much as the item delivery.
| Helping task | Prepare and hand over | Follow-up objective |
|---|---|---|
| Sazanka | Find 5 copper ore and give them to Sazanka. | Go see Sazanka again. |
| Yuta | Catch 5 bees in the mountain area and give them to Yuta. | Go to Yuta’s house. |
| Yoh | Catch a Yamame and give it to Yoh. | Visit Rokkaku at the restaurant. |
| Sumire | Gather a purple flower in the mountain area and give it to Sumire. | Go to Sumire’s house. |
| Hasumi | Gather angelica in the mountain area and deliver it to Hasumi at the clinic. | Go to the clinic again. |
Source: selected objectives in the build 25311578 quest-data snapshot. The translated item descriptions above are not verified English UI labels; the objectives do not specify rewards or delays.
If Sazanka’s task is active, check your copper ore before using it elsewhere. The mining guide provides broader resource context, but the Helping objective itself asks for ore, not a crafted copper item. For Yoh, use the dedicated Yamame fishing guide rather than treating this checklist as a second set of fishing instructions.
Yuta, Sumire, and Hasumi all point you toward the mountain area. Batch those searches only if the tasks are active and the relevant areas are accessible. Carrying an item for a task you have not accepted is not a substitute for checking its current objective. After each handoff, read the tracker again before heading home: Yoh redirects you to the restaurant, while the others listed above call for another visit.
Repair, cleanup, and exploration checklist
These four tasks are easy to leave half-finished because their later objectives move away from the initial work site.
| Helping task | Work to do | Report and follow-up |
|---|---|---|
| Kisuke | Clear the rockfall near the mountain-area camp. The task’s objective calls for a Copper Pickaxe; check the displayed requirement before attempting the obstruction. | Report the cleared rockfall to Kisuke, then go to the construction site. |
| Komako | Gather the materials needed to repair the shrine at the fork and complete the repair. | Tell Komako it is repaired, then return to worship at that shrine. |
| Tobari | Clean the storage area at the village head’s residence. | Tell Tobari the cleanup is done, then visit the storage area again. |
| Shiroji | Check the trap. | Report to Shiroji, put the hunting proof into the submission box at the hunter’s lodge, then head to the deep mountain. |
Source: selected objectives in the build 25311578 quest-data snapshot. These objectives establish task order, not exact materials for the shrine, a combat solution, rewards, or travel timing.
For Kisuke, use the objective shown in your own game to confirm the tool requirement; the tool upgrades guide is background on tools, not proof of this task’s reward. Komako’s sequence requires repair → report → worship, so reporting alone is not the last step. Tobari similarly sends you back to the storage area after the report.
Shiroji has the longest listed follow-up chain in this group. If progress appears stalled after speaking with Shiroji, check whether the hunting proof still needs to go into the lodge’s submission box. The deep-mountain instruction follows that deposit in the extracted objective order; it does not, by itself, prove when access opens.
Delivery and return-visit checklist
The remaining three tasks involve moving a specified object, then confirming the handoff or returning to its destination.
| Helping task | First action | What to check afterward |
|---|---|---|
| Rokkaku | Deliver Rin’s lunch to the recipient specified by the active task. | Report to Rokkaku that the lunch was delivered. |
| Konno | Make a firewood bundle and take it to Konno’s room. | Return to Konno’s room. |
| Chinana | Find Chinana’s patterned stone on the path toward the pass and carry it to Chinana. | Go see Chinana again. |
Source: selected objectives in the build 25311578 quest-data snapshot. The Rokkaku objectives do not identify the lunch recipient in this selected evidence; use the active in-game instruction.
Do not merge Yoh’s restaurant visit with Rokkaku’s separate lunch Helping task just because both mention Rokkaku. Track them as different named tasks. Likewise, arriving at Konno’s room with the bundle or carrying Chinana’s stone is not necessarily the end: each has a subsequent visit in the extracted sequence.
Plan a route around active objectives, not a fixed unlock day
There is no supported universal availability date for these tasks, including an exact Spring 16 unlock. A useful route depends on which Helping objectives your save currently displays and which locations you can reach.
- Check active tasks and inventory before leaving the village. Set aside Sazanka’s ore or any other requested item you already have. Do not assume that possessing an item completes its handoff.
- Group compatible mountain errands when possible. Yuta’s bees, Sumire’s flower, Hasumi’s angelica, and Kisuke’s rockfall all point toward the mountain area, but they need not be available together.
- Make reports on the way back. Kisuke, Komako, Tobari, Rokkaku, and Shiroji explicitly include a report. Check the next objective immediately after each conversation.
- Finish location-specific returns deliberately. The shrine, storage area, clinic, homes, construction site, and hunter’s lodge are not interchangeable “talk to the villager” steps. Use the map guide for orientation, then follow the location named by your current objective.
- Recheck the tracker before switching to ordinary Requests. If it still names a Helping follow-up, finish that sequence first. If it instead points to the village head’s requested-items list, treat that as the separate story objective.
This is a way to reduce forgotten trips, not a guaranteed fastest route. The snapshot does not encode exact rewards, next-day waits, or proof of bow, plow, or beehive awards. If a handoff seems to have done nothing, first inspect the newly displayed objective and revisit its named person or place; do not infer a required delay from this checklist.
FAQ
Are there twelve physical Helping Tickets?
The extraction contains twelve named Helping quest records. It does not measure a physical ticket total or establish one-ticket consumption per event. Check your own game’s ticket and objective displays.
Do Helping tasks and ordinary Requests count as the same objective?
No. The selected story objectives place using Helping Tickets before a separate requested-items delivery and report to Rin. Keep those checklists separate.
When do the Helping tasks unlock?
The selected objectives do not encode unlock dates. Check what is offered in your save and work from the active objective rather than an assumed day.
What if I delivered the item but the task is still active?
Read its next objective. Many entries require a report or a follow-up visit; the tables above list those steps where the extracted records provide them.
